Offline creation of programs, network topology configuration, program diagnostics and debugging on shop-floor, prove automation solution on customer shopfloor.

Offline development in office:

-Robot programming using frames/TCP;
-Monitoring the robot’s performance in real time and providing instructions to it through a control panel or computer interface;
-Implementing safety measures to prevent the robot from causing damage to itself or others when performing its tasks;
-Programming the robot to perform specific tasks such as picking up objects with grippers or using a welding torch to join metal pieces together

Shopfloor testing and proving (including customer’s site)

-Hardware configuration, IO testing, Interlock verification and manual action testing;
-Verify safety implementation as per safety matrix, Alarms & messages validation in PLC & HMI;
-Robot interface and third party equipment interface testing;
-Robot teaching and sequence testing step-by-step;
-Complete automatic cycle testing including part trials at customer end

Participates in meetings related to:

-Handover from Controls design;
-Internal software design/code review meetings;
-Customer meetings (along with reporting LM/Leader)
