Quality Manager

Vacant Role: Quality Manager reports to the Plant manager, to the Technical manager and to the CEO

You must have an academic background in Quality Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field;
You must have proven experience in quality management roles in an industrial environment;
Know how and experience with ISO 9001 e 14001;
You should have a solid knowledge of production processes, quality control, project management, and continuous improvement;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other areas of the organization;
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on efficiency and analytical skills to monitor performance indicators;
Knowledge of quality standards and regulations applicable to the industrial sector;
Fluency in English.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client’s products meet or exceed established quality standards;
Your expertise in quality management, process control, and quality assurance will be essential in ensuring that their products meet customer expectations;
You will implement quality policies and procedures to ensure that products meet or exceed established quality standards;
You will conduct audits, regular inspections, and quality controls to ensure product compliance with quality standards and applicable regulations;
You will collaborate with other teams, such as production, engineering, and logistics, to ensure the efficient integration of quality activities with the rest of the organization;
You will monitor and analyze performance metrics related to quality and implement corrective measures when necessary;
You will promote a culture of quality and excellence throughout the organization.
