Employer: Industrial equipment manufacturing company

Vacant Role: Quality manager reports to Plant manager

Degree in industrial engineering, with focus on production technology, quality management;
Years of work experiences in industrial Quality management;
Knowledge of production and assembling technology;
English and/or German as a foreign language, fluently speaking and writing

Builds up and runs the Quality Management System;
Assures that the ISO requirements will be fulfilled;
Coordinates all the Quality activities;
Ensures the Quality Continuous Improvements processes;
Performs the Quality trainings for all employees;
Issues Quality reports for the management;
Performs audits in all Quality processes;
ATEX qualification and related topics;
Interacts with the final customers or HQ regarding Quality matters;
Uses the Quality tools:
– FMEA (Failure Mode, Effect and Criticality Analysis)
– Pareto analysis
– 5 Why (Cause and Effect) Diagram and Metric C57
– 8D reports
