We are seeking an experienced professional in investment project management, production facility improvements, and budget control.

Requirements

Profile / Level of experience

The matching candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, plant operations, or investment planning, with expertise in managing investment projects within a manufacturing environment.

✅ Degree in Electromechanical or Industrial Engineering;
✅ 2+ years of experience in a similar role;
✅ Strong organizational & prioritization skills;
✅ Proven experience managing investment budgets for a production facility;
✅ Ability to lead and coordinate a small team;
✅ Expertise in MS Project, ERP systems (SAP, or similar), & AutoCAD;
✅ English proficiency

Role / Responsibilities

Oversee and manage investment budgets for production facility projects;
Plan, track, and coordinate projects using industry-leading CapEx & project management tools;
Regularly assess project progress and report on completion rates;
Ensure necessary permits & approvals are obtained;
Work closely with Procurement for budget forecasting, supplier selection & contract negotiations.
