Management of multiple IT projects:
– project initiation and project planning;
– coordinating project resources from multiple departments;
– conducting regular status meetings to review project activities and ensure adherence to the project plan;
– tracking and monitoring project progress;
– identifying and mitigating project risks;
– constant client communication and on-site client meetings, in order to receive feedback and ensure
that the project efforts meet the customer’s expectations;
– overseeing and ensuring the quality of the deliverables;
– reporting and closing activities, as well as managing the subsequent maintenance contracts;
– support in preparation of tender documentation.
