Employer: We are looking on behalf of our client, a company present for almost 20 years, in the center of Romania, specialized in plastic injection processes for the automotive / aeronautical industry

Requirements

Profile / Level of experience

higher education in Engineering (desirable Automation/Computers / Electronics);
working experience at least 2 years in the field of programmable automation;
good knowledge in the field of industrial automation;
good to know: PLC programming (Siemens, Omron, Interface Machine with User – HMI Siemens, Omron, Allen
Bradley, Eaton , Delta; frequency inverters type Lenze, Eaton, Allen Bradley;
planning and organizational skills;
PC knowledge: MS Office suite, specific programs and platforms in the field
automation;
advanced level English ( specific technical language).

Role / Responsibilities

the role is focused on IE (industrial engineering) tasks: equipment specification, equipment and process improvement, occasional visits to suppliers (check of the equipment development process, pre-acceptance at the supplier, final acceptance in-house);
knowledge of these processes (preferred) or can be trained: ultra-sound welding, painting, screwing, gluing;
checks with the supplier he status of the equipment development;
must understand assembly processes at principle level;
must be able to integrate in the development of the equipment automated processes like: robots, assembly-robots, automated checking cameras, scanners, different type of sensors;
communicates with other departments( quality, acquisitions, maintenance, R&D for product if necessary);
communicates issues about the equipment to the maintenance department;
trains the maintenance department on the equipment;
creates specific IE documentation (work instructions for production /maintenance,
makes sure the automation systems run in the technical parameters;
comes up with processes improvement solutions.
